Morning Breaks

All Morning Breaks come with the appropriate paperware. High quality plastic or China may be added for an additional charge. Delivery charges are applied to all a la carte orders. All catered events are based on a 15 person minimum.

The French Continental
Fresh baked rustic breads accompanied by Boursin cheese, brie and grapes. Served with hot tea, regular and decaf coffee. $6.75 per person (pp)
The Continental
An assortment of mini cini's, muffins and pastries along with fresh orange juice, hot tea service, regular and decaf coffee. $5.50 pp
The Continental Plus
An assortment of fresh baked goods including mini scones, pastries and apple coffee cake along with a fresh fruit platter, orange juice and hot tea, regular and decaf coffee service. $6.25 pp

Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, home fried potatoes and a bakery basket. $10.95 pp
The Station (minimum 30 guests)
Chef attended omelet station with an array of condiment choices, plus breakfast potatoes, biscuits with jams and butter, assorted muffins, Danishes and a fresh fruit display. $13.95 pp
Huevos Rancheros
Chorizo scrambled eggs with beans, rice, tortillas, ranchero sauce and fresh fruit. $8.95 pp
The Parisian
Spinach & mushroom quiche served with ham or bacon, smoked Gouda scalloped potatoes, fresh baked croissants, Danishes and an exotic fresh fruit display. $11.75 pp
The Farmers Scramble
Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Served with country potatoes, ham, sausage, assorted bakery items and fresh fruit. $11.95 pp

Salad Buffet

Buffet salads include dinner rolls with butter, ice water, ice tea, coffee service and choice of assorted cookies. Salads come with the appropriate paperware. Upgrade to a higher quality plasticware for $0.60 per person or China service for $3 per person. All catered events are based on a 15 person minimum.

Thai Chicken Salad
Crispy Chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce on a bed of cabbages, pea sprouts, mint, radishes and rice sticks with ginger peanut dressing. $11.95 pp
Citrus Poached Salmon Salad
On a bed of mixed baby greens with English cucumber, grilled vegetables and citrus tarragon Vinaigrette. $12.95 pp
Salad Trio
Includes an udon noodle salad, arugula and walnut salad, and baby greens salad accompanied by macadamia nut crusted chicken and grilled salmon. $13.95 pp
Knife and Fork Chicken Cobb Salad
Grilled chicken, cucumber, blue cheese, avocado, bacon, cooked egg, tomato, and mixed baby lettuces with sherry vinaigrette. $11.95 pp
 

Build-Your-Own-Sandwich Buffet

Sandwich buffets Include gourmet bread, sandwich condiments, ice water, iced tea, coffee service, and choice potato salad or pasta salad and an assortment of cookies. Sandwiches come with the appropriate paperware. Upgrade to a higher quality plasticware for $0.60 per person or China service for $3 per person.

The Working Lunch
Sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef with Swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and assorted breads. Substitute grilled vegetables for a meat selection available. $10.95 pp
The PIT
BBQ beef, pulled pork, and chicken with horseradish cream, mayo, chipotle BBQ sauce, cheddar and Swiss cheeses with rosemary cocktail rolls. $12.95 pp
The Chill Trio
Coconut curry chicken, tuna nicoise, artichoke feta, and cucumber spread with lettuce, tomato, pita and assorted breads. $12.95 pp
The Mediterranean
Sliced prosciutto, Capicola ham, roast beef, smoked turkey, marinated grilled vegetables, sliced fontina, romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, tapenade, basil mayo, grainy mustard and assorted rustic breads. $13.95 pp

Southwestern Vegetarian Black Bean Soup
Warm black bean soup served with hot jalapeno corn bread. $9.95 pp
House-made Chicken Noodle Soup
Freshly made with celery, carrots, onions and egg noodles served with multigrain rolls. $9.95 pp
Smoked Chicken and Corn Chowder
A classic with a southwest flare, chipotle crema, crispy cumin dusted tortilla strips and cornbread muffins. $9.95 pp
Five Alarm Vegetarian Chili
Grilled vegetables, smoked tofu, tomato and kidney beans, queso fresco and jalapeno corn bread muffins. $9.95 pp
Soup and Salad Duo
Choose one of the above soups & either fresh tossed Caesar or mixed green salad. Comes with a choice of two house-made dressings. $13.95

Box Lunches

Sandwiches are prepared on sliced bread and come with bottled water, tea and soda. There is a minimum order of six for each sandwich. Delivery fee of 10% or $20 is added for all deliveries. All catered events are based on a 15 person minimum.

Please select one entree per event (upgrade to two entrees for $4 more per person each). Lunch buffets come with the appropriate paperware. All catered events are based on a 15 person minimum.

DINNER MENU

Dinner Buffet

Dinner buffets include your choice of salad and accompanying starch. The entree comes with a suggested starch listed but you can choose something different. Dinner buffets also come with fresh seasonal vegetable, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, water and the appropriate paperware. Dinners also include your choice of sheet cake, brownies or cupcakes (other dessert options are available). Upgrade to table service with China for $5 more per person. All catered events are based on a 15 person minimum.

Herb Crusted Prime Rib
Classic herb crusted prime rib served with a roasted garlic Syrah glaze and celery root puree. $15.95 pp
Kona Steak
Kona glazed flat iron steak served with a curry and chive mashed potato. $14.95 pp
Peppercorn Crusted Rib Eye
Seared peppercorn crusted rib eye served with a rustic red potato mash and a blue cheese pan sauce $17.95 pp
